You should also give exceptional customer service. You should be polite and always be cheerful. This helps in repeated business, the customer will definitely come back. There is also a very important marketing tool in this-“Word of Mouth”. The impressed customer will tell others, who will further refer more people about your business. This is a good way to let your customers sell your business. Reputation is necessary to survive in the market. You should maintain and honest and respectable reputation. Always respond to your customers instantly. You should be very professional while dealing with customers and at the same time, even more friendly. Do not talk about your competitors as this will give a bad name to your reputation.
This might take a fair deal of time and effort. You may even feel irritated or humiliated at times. But in order to be competent in the market, you need to have the determination to succeed. Always put the customer above the product. Give him the respect he needs. And always remember, the customer is the king.
